Allgemeine Merkmale Titel Incentives to Innovate Belegnummer(n) 372017 im Semester SoSe 2020 Angebotsrhythmus jährlich Rahmenthema (Inhalt) The course covers models on the effect of incentives in the innovation process. Among others, different principal agent models incorporating particularities arising when implementing incentives within the innovation process, are part of the course. For example, we discuss principal agent models that involve intrinsic motivation, allocation of property rights, multi-tasking, and teamwork. The course is based on formal models and empirical evidence.
